You then have easy access
to all the records you have
uploaded to your easy-worlds.
You will then have the
ability to review your
records on a continuing
basis, rather than just the
last 30 days.
In order to create a
Financial Statement for your
business, you will need to
allocate your revenues and
expenses into different
categories. These
will either be:
Equity - i.e. money
you have put yourself into
your business;
Income - i.e.
stipend base;
Sales Profit - i.e.
the profit from your
business;
Cost - i.e. the
rental cost of your lease;
Dividend - i.e. the
withdrawal of your Linden
dollars into your U.S.
banking account;
Property - i.e.
purchase cost of land you
have bought for your
business;
Debtors - i.e. money
lent to a bank to get
interest;
Other - i.e. for the
non-related business
transactions.
By default, all positive
transactions are set to
'Sales' and the negative
transactions to 'Cost'.
Moreover, you can create
your own sub-categories in
order to ease the
allocations of your
transactions automatically,
and the sub-categories will
appear in your financial
statement. In case of
mistakes, you can still re-allocate
your transactions !
