Transactions History

In Second Life® world, your transaction history is limited to a period of 30 days. You can only upload them in the XML format.
Easy-worlds gives you the opportunity to store ALL your XML files that you upload to easy-worlds for an unlimited period of time. You can then use a wide range of tools available through easy-worlds to analyze your transactions; print out powerful and comprehensive financial statements; and evaluate the financial position of your business. This will then give you the opportunity of making corrections which will increase the overall wealth of your business.

Financial Audit

One of the major problems in Second Life® world is the confidence an investor is able to have about revenues and costs of any business they may wish to invest in, or manage. Financial credibility especially is of concern, especially if that business is listed on the stock exchange.

Easy-worlds, as an independent third party, provides the owners and investors in these businesses the opportunity to more fully record and analyze their financial statements. These financial statements - which are accurate, relevant and complete - can then be subjected to independent opinion.

Easy-worlds has a range of easy, online tools that have different benefits. As soon as you register with easy-worlds, you will be able to upload the XML files from your Second Life® 'Transaction History' page.

You then have easy access to all the records you have uploaded to your easy-worlds. You will then have the ability to review your records on a continuing basis, rather than just the last 30 days.

In order to create a Financial Statement for your business, you will need to allocate your revenues and expenses into different categories. These will either be:

  • Equity - i.e. money you have put yourself into your business;

  • Income - i.e. stipend base;

  • Sales Profit - i.e. the profit from your business;

  • Cost - i.e. the rental cost of your lease;

  • Dividend - i.e. the withdrawal of your Linden dollars into your U.S. banking account;

  • Property - i.e. purchase cost of land you have bought for your business;

  • Debtors - i.e. money lent to a bank to get interest;

  • Other - i.e. for the non-related business transactions.

By default, all positive transactions are set to 'Sales' and the negative transactions to 'Cost'. Moreover, you can create your own sub-categories in order to ease the allocations of your transactions automatically, and the sub-categories will appear in your financial statement. In case of mistakes, you can still re-allocate your transactions !

That's all you need do, and you will now get your automatic Financial Statement.

Easy-worlds has also statistical features which highlights your accounts. It is possible to see statistics by 'Residents', 'Type' and 'Description'.

Also, if your company is in the Stock Exchange Market, you can store the current number of shares and the share price.
