Registration: During the user registration process on easy-worlds, your Second Life^®  name, your SL^TM company name (if any), an email address and the password given to you by easy-worlds terminal.

Payment: All payments are made through easy-worldst terminal in Second Life^® world. Currently, payment histories are not stored.

What does easy-worlds do with the information it collects?

We respect your privacy. Personal information about you or your business will not be provided to any third party without your permission.

E-mail and Other Communications: We will not send you e-mails, except for urgent needs. You have access to the forum of easy-worlds, where you can find information and participate. You can also register in Second Life^® world to easy-worlds information group, in order to get periodical information about easy-worlds.

Products and Services from Third Parties or Partners: From time to time, we may send you information and offers about products or services from third parties via easy-worlds information group in Second Life^® world.

Compliance with Legal Process: We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law, or we, in good faith, believe that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of easy-worlds; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public.

You agree to pay, using a valid Second Life account which Linden Labs accepts, the monthly or quarterly subscription charges set forth on the easy-worlds website, and other charges incurred on your account in order to access easy-worlds services. easy-worlds reserves the right to change the fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you (which may be written on the front page of the easy-worlds website.). In the event you cancel the service, easy-worlds will not refund any fees already paid by you. If you believe easy-worlds has billed you incorrectly, you must contact easy-worlds no later than 10 days after the error or problem appeared, in order to receive an adjustment or credit. The Forums shall be used only in a non-commercial manner. You shall not, without our express approval, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting other guests of the website to join or become members of any commercial online or offline service or other organization is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.
